Obtaining a Correlation ID with Date and Time

An administrator or end user can obtain the Correlation ID for an issue by following these steps.

Please remember to include the date and time of the reported issue (log files can be very long!).

Also include other useful pieces of data as described here.

Locating the Log File

By default, logs are found on the Jubilant server in the following location:

C:\Program Files\Flynet\Jubilant\LoggingServer\Log

The log file will be named {{correlation-id}}.json.

For example, if the Correlation ID is b2505057-1b20-4db1-802c-32d69f8de65c, the file name will be b2505057-1b20-4db1-802c-32d69f8de65c.json.
